A wonderful Antique mid Victorian locket made Circa 1880. Both the back and front are engraved with detailed leaves and Forget me nots in the centre with decorative borders surrounding them.

Forget me nots carry a long-lasting symbolism of love and remembrance which is why they were popularly featured on lockets containing images of loved ones.

The locket is 18ct Yellow Gold back and front and has developed a pleasing rose hue with age. It is complete with rims and one window within to store your treasured photos of loved ones.
